Most small businesses and online marketers are failing to brand themselves properly.

Why?

With all the social media platforms available you would think that’s all they need to do is post what they are selling!

Wrong!

This is not the way to brand yourself and your business.

People don’t typically buy from strangers.

You need to brand yourself first by earning their trust, like you and your content. Then you have a much better chance of doing business with them. It’s a fact. Especially online!

Here’s what I recommend you do to start branding You!

First, you want to get a quality domain name with your name.com or if you have a business name.

Secondly, you’ll want to make sure you have all your social media pages set-up consistently across all platforms with the same information such as your website, business name, and all your contact information.

Tip #1:

Remember…Every social page must be about You! Connect all your social media links to your blog/website.

I found this brand new branding course that allows you to set it and forget it with a push of a button! Once your all set-up, you can then syndicate your content across ALL social media platforms including YouTube, Alexa, Sound Cloud and iTunes! How cool is that? 🙂

Tip #2

Always post something professional and related to your business message, then mix it up with a nice quote or a video for example.

If you want to start the new course I mentioned above that’s great but in the meantime you can use an auto-poster like Buffer or Hootsuite. I personally use Zoho Social now until I have my new branding program completely setup!

This will save you endless hours posting manually. And, you will get tons of leads coming your way. This should get you more sales eventually, that’s if you know how to approach them with your offer using attraction marketing methods.

Tip #3

Like, Tag @, Comment and share on other people’s posts! This will brand you even more and they will start helping you by doing the same on your posts.

Make sure you redirect your prospects to your blog or website and end with a call to action like this: visit my page, blog or website or to learn more information, you can think of endless call to actions pertaining to your business ideas.
