First off, I would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year!

2020 is going to be awesome.

If you tell your self anything less than awesome your setting yourself up for failure.

Believe in your abilities, set realistic goals and take each day as a stepping stone until you reach them.

You must write them down so you can reinforce and visualize your short term goals and your long term goals. You can measure your progress when it’s not written down.

Roadblocks, we all have them but whatever the reason don’t quit! Take a shot break and get right into your mindset of what you set out to accomplish. If you have to make a few adjustments, that’s a step in the right direction. Just be consistent in everything you do.

Work smart. Focus on making money activities. Don’t spend all day reading emails.! Scan in the AM respond to those that are high priority and those that will generate income. Check back later in the afternoon or right at the end of the day. I can’t stress this enough.

Keep yourself motivated. Take mini breaks and don’t forget to stretch, get fresh air, stay hydrated and eat healthy. Too Carbs will make certainly make you tired.

These are just some of my tips to stay focused with your New Year Goals.

Hint: They truly do work if you put them into action.

Tell yourself this every morning when you wake up and look into the mirror.
